Hi everyone.

Me and cheesy went to hong kong for three days. We walked around, checking the place out. Heres some of the things we found:

Kowloon Park was about a 20 minute walk from our hotel.It had 3 -4 outdoor swimming pools that we really wanted to jump in as it was so hot. It was massive with different walks, an aviary, loads of benches and waterfalls. It was really clean too.

On the 19th floor of our hotel was a bar with karaoke. It was a bit weird. It wasn't like in England where people get wasted at the Royal then have a go, but an old couple sitting at the table next to us chose a few Chinese songs and just sang them. No one was drunk or embarrassed. It was just normal.


We also went to Ocean Park for a whole day. It was pretty cool, we saw 2 pandas, jellyfish, sharks, rays and other aqua life. There was also a butterfly house (see picture below). A 5 minute cable car ride took you to the other side of the mountain where the rest of the park was. We went on a few rides.
This was a name of a butterfly and this was the only picture i had of a family member. It would have been better with a pic of Dad!!

In the evenings we walked around a lot. On the first night we went to a chinese restaurant and we felt like idiots coz it seemed like everyone was watching us and that we weren't eating right. The couple on the next table had a bowl of pig trouts and after that I really didn't feel like eating anything else chinese.

We walked along the pier, which was a long walkway called the Avenue of Stars.

This is me by the Jackie Chan. I suppose its a bit like the walkway in Hollywood but with chinese stars only.

Yes, its pretty gross. And yes, that is my fat leg. Ha ha!!!
